ROLE: Workshop Controller / Vehicle Technician
LOCATION: Tewkesbury
SALARY: 50k + benefits
HOURS: Monday to Friday 8.30 – 5.30. 1 in 2 Saturdays 8.00 – 12.30

Our client is currently looking for a skilled Vehicle Technician who can oversee the workshop, manage workflow, ensure quality standards, lead the team by example and provide technical expertise.

Workshop Controller / Vehicle Technician duties:
• Oversee daily workload allocation to maximize efficiency.
• Conduct continuous performance monitoring of technicians ensuring high-quality work meets manufacturer standards.
• Drive motivation within the team through mentorship and guidance while maintaining productivity levels as a technician yourself.

About you, the successful Workshop Controller / Vehicle Technician:
• Previous workshop experience in a main, franchised or independent dealership
• Full UK driving license
• Mechanical qualifications
