Production Operative - Paint Finishing
We are currently looking for a Production Operative to join our team, working within the finishing department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Using small paint rollers to apply paint to finished products
- Ensuring a high-quality, consistent finish
- Preparing products prior to painting
- Inspecting completed work and reporting any defects
- Following health & safety and quality procedures
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment (preferred but not essential)
- Ability to use small paint rollers or similar hand tools
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently to meet production targets
- Reliable and able to work as part of a team
