We are currently looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to join our expanding General Enquiries Team based at our Headquarters in Steeton (West Yorkshire, UK).
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 40 hours a week
Salary: £12.40 P/H ( + up to £2400 per year in KPI related incentives)

Key responsibilities include:
Answering calls regarding breakdowns & service issues in a courteous manner and offering a high level of Customer Service
Resolving minor technical problems over the phone, and if unable to resolve, Liaise with the planning team via a ticket system
Ensuring all breakdown calls are attended to within a 24hr period
Dealing with minor complaints and being aware when complaints need to be escalated to a supervisor
Skills and Experience:
Good telephone manner
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
IT skills
Previous experience working within a customer service/call centre environment would be advantageous
Must be able to display the Acorn Values
