Hours: 37.5 hours per week – Full Time (includes alternate weekends, sleep-ins, includes hours on and off rota to support people and complete senior tasks)

Driver: Essential (Full, clean UK license)

You’ll work with individuals facing autism, acquired brain injuries, and complex behaviours, supporting them to live independently and engage with their communities in meaningful ways.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and mentor a team of Specialist Support Workers
• Develop and review person-centred support, risk, and PBS plans
• Liaise with families and professionals
• Attend team and multi-disciplinary meetings
• Work on a rolling rota including evenings, alternate weekends, and sleep-ins
• Cover shifts and participate in the on-call rota as needed
