We are currently seeking a new Nursery Manager to join our team. This is due to our current Manager receiving a promotion to Senior Manager level.
We have a strong and dedicated team of Early Years Educators at the nursery. They are all committed to providing high quality care and early years education to our children.
As a nursery we enjoy being creative and engaging our babies and children in a wide range of arts activities. We believe that through these activities we enhance children’s early years experiences and help them grow to become confident people.
Creative Flair Childcare has an exciting opportunity for a Manager to join our team on a permanent contract. We are able to offer flexibility with working hours and this can be a part time or full time role.

(For this role you will need a NVQ 3 or equivalent full and relevant qualification)
As a Manager within our team you would have responsibility for ensuring that children are cared for in a safe and positive environment. You would commit to a high level of vigilance to ensure this – in line with our Safeguarding Policy.
We have a strict Safer Recruitment policy and all team members must have an enhanced DBS police check and must be able to provide recent references from past employers.
You'll need to have great team working skills and top notch communication skills. We have a strong focus on PSED and this involves listening, questioning, and understanding what is being communicated by children, parents, colleagues and others.
Duties & Responsibilities will include:
- Leading the mentoring and development of more junior members of the team.
- Overseeing planning activities based on the ages and interests of the children in your room.
- Ensuring the nursery maintains an engaging and stimulating environment.
- Take responsibility for making sure that exceptionally high levels of care and early years education are given to our children.
- Have the highest levels of professionalism.
- Be committed to ensuring exceptional outcomes for all of our children including those with SEN.
- Engage with the ethos of the nursery.
- Plan and lead monthly staff meetings.
- Take responsibility for aspects of safer recruitment, the onboarding of new staff and staff supervisions.
- Build effective relationships with all staff members, all parents and external professionals.
Entry requirements
Please only apply for this position if you already hold an NVQ 3 or equivalent in Early Years/Childcare.
Maths and English GCSEs, grade 4 (C) or above.
