FRONT OF HOUSE RECEPTIONIST
ESG Security Limited are seeking a receptionist for 101 Embankment in Exchange Square , Manchester
Working at a Grade one prestigious office, 101 Embankment is one of the most prestigious buildings in Manchester , carrying out all receptionist duties , assisting clients within the building
Ideally you will be a good organiser, have basic IT skills and be a good communicator, be helpful and be able to assist clients within the building.
Punctual, reliable, and smart in appearance, this is a front of house role so its important to portray a helpful and cooperative demeanour.
1. Creating visitor passes.
2. Organising events and pop-up stalls for the building.
3. Making posters for pop-up events.
4. Meeting Room bookings.
5. Responding to reception emails.
Smart appearance and good communication skills are essential , previous experience preferred but not essential.
Working Hours-Covering Holidays and sickness
Excellent rate of pay £15.00 , reviewed after 6-12 months
