Summary

First Home Improvements is one of the UK’s leading home improvement companies. With over 50 years of industry experience and 22 branches nationwide, we are continuing to grow and are now looking to expand our sales team.

The Role:

As a Customer Solutions Advisor you will attend pre-booked, pre-confirmed appointments with homeowners who have already expressed interest in our products and services. This is not cold calling.


Your responsibilities will include:

Demonstrating product samples to customers in their homes
Measuring and designing solutions tailored to customer needs
Providing clear quotations and explaining available finance options
Delivering excellent customer service from start to finish


Training & Support

*Full 1-to-1 paid training provided
*No previous experience required
*Ongoing support and development to help you succeed


What We’re Looking For:

*Full UK driving licence (essential)
*Professional, confident, and customer-focused attitude
*Strong communication skills
*Motivation to earn and progress
