Please see detailed job description for full information and main responsibilities, which include:- Work with other divisions and corporate teams to support the achievement of the Trusts corporate and regulatory objectives To operate within the required values and behaviours of the Trust, leading by example by role modelling to others Responsible for the direct line management of the service managers within the division and establishing and maintaining effective structures and systems of control for the management of staff including recruitment, appraisal, development and support of the Trusts HR policies and procedures. To identify cost reduction and revenue generation opportunities, negotiating and implementing them in accordance with Trust policy. Address variances should they occur. To support the Chief Operating Officer in the achievement of Trust performance management framework.
