Crynodeb
Deliver effective cardiac arrest prevention training programs across the organisation. Assist the Lead Nurse with duties that will enable the effective running of the cardiac arrest prevention service. Contribute to the development of projects and strategy by leading on an identified aspect of cardiac arrest prevention or resuscitation practice. Identify and proactively manage cardiac arrest prevention related risk provide resuscitation and deteriorating patient training Support the sisters/charge nurses in the delivery of the service Assist with the delivery of projects, under the direction of a sister/charge nurse, as required Assist with audit, under the direction of a sister/charge nurse, as required Provide advice in relation to basic resuscitation or deteriorating patient enquires from clinical staff and refer complex enquiries to a sister/charge nurse
