PS LTD are currently recruiting a Strip Fitter to join an experienced and professional bodyshop team based in Corby (NN17). This role offers the opportunity to work in a structured environment, ensuring vehicles are restored and finished to the highest standards under the guidance of the Supervisor and Bodyshop Manager.
Available Shift Patterns
Monday – Friday | 06:00 - 14:00
Key Responsibilities:
Strip and fit panels on a range of vehicles
Carry out repairs to restore vehicles to their original condition in line with approved methods
Remove parts and panels safely and efficiently from vehicles
Label and correctly store all nuts, bolts, screws, and fixings ready for refitting
Support the wider bodyshop team across other departments when required
Assist with the training and development of bodyshop trainee staff
What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience in a similar Strip Fitter / Bodyshop role (essential)
Full UK Driving Licence
Ability to work independently and make informed decisions
Excellent attention to detail and pride in high-quality workmanship
Willingness to support and mentor junior technicians
Passion for the motor industry and commitment to customer standards
