The Opportunity Join a leading engineering organisation at their Warrington site, where you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of specialised production processes. This is your chance to make a real impact in a dynamic, safety-focused environment.

The Role This role would suit candidates working as Process Technician, Production Operator, Manufacturing Technician, Plant Operator, Chemical Process Operator, Maintenance Technician, Quality Technician, Process Controller, Shift Technician, or Operations Technician. We would also welcome applications from candidates in chemical processing, pharmaceutical manufacturing, food production, industrial engineering, or materials science.

Your duties and responsibilities will be

- Oversee and control the operation of chemical manufacturing, and related equipment to achieve safety, quality, and output targets.
- Perform scheduled preventative maintenance and first-line breakdown repairs to minimise downtime.
- Maintain compliance with safety, environmental, and company standards through auditing, reporting, and housekeeping.
- Conduct in-process testing and analysis to ensure product quality, using physical checks and statistical process control.
- Investigate process issues and resolve problems using specialist software tools.
