We’re looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Advisor to join our busy office team. In this permanent role, you’ll manage customer complaints as part of a wider customer service remit, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently and professionally while maintaining high levels of satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound complaints from customers, providing clear, professional and timely communication.
- Investigate complaints and liaise with internal teams to reach appropriate resolutions.
- Maintain accurate records of complaints and actions taken, ensuring compliance with company processes.
- Identify trends and recurring issues to support continuous process improvements.
- Deliver a high standard of customer service, remaining calm and professional in challenging situations.
- Support wider customer service activities as required, contributing to team goals and performance.
Person Specification:
- Friendly, confident and customer-focused approach.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm, in an office-based environment.
- Calm and professional under pressure, particularly when handling challenging complaints.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Location: Stretford | Salary: £26,000 | Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm | Permanent, full-time
