Mallinson Sports at Highgate School is currently seeking a dynamic and organised individual to join our team as a Duty Manager.The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with a positive and proactive attitude. Responsibilities will include preparing the Lifeguard team rota, and providing day to day operational supervision of the Mallinson Sports Centre and to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all users of the Centre.You will also play a key part in the centre’s operational team, acting as a Duty Manager and being responsible for the centre on a shift rota basis.Attention to detail and the ability to multitask are essential for success in this role.
