The Role
You’ll manage the full recruitment lifecycle with professionalism and integrity, aligned to our company values. Day-to-day responsibilities include:
• Candidate profiling and interviewing
• Managing compliance and accurate record-keeping
• Negotiating contractual and financial terms
• Supporting submissions, interviews, and contractor assessments
• Building strong client relationships and delivering against service levels
Who We’re Looking For
• 1–2 years’ experience in recruitment or resourcing
• Excellent communication and listening skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Determination, resilience, and competitive drive
• Strong organisational skills and adaptability
• Passion for achieving targets and working to high standards
