Long Term Futures are recruiting an enthusiastic Early Years Teaching Assistant to join a warm, inclusive and well-resourced primary school in Camden. This full-time role involves supporting children across Nursery and Reception, with a strong focus on early language development, play-based learning and SEN support.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about early childhood education, with clear temp-to-permanent potential for the right candidate.

As an Early Years Teaching Assistant, you will:

Support the class teacher with daily EYFS routines and structured learning

Provide 1:1 and small-group SEN support, following IEPs
