Join our team and provide high-quality 1:1 care for a teenage male who can display behaviours that challenge.
24 Hours weekly, flexibility on dates/times but likely out of school hours

You’ll Be Supporting With:
* Routine, structure and predictable days helping him thrive!
* Can become anxious if things change suddenly or feel confusing.
* Communicates using short phrases and clear preferences, but can find it hard to express emotions.
* Enjoys practical, hands-on and movement-based activities like walking and simple household tasks.
* Needs patient, confident adults who stay calm, give them time to process, and use a warm, respectful approach at all times.
What You Need:
* Experience working with children or young people in care, education or community settings.
* Experience supporting in autism, LD and challenging behaviour.
* A compassionate, professional approach to care.
* Proactive and creative problem solving approach at modifying environments and activities to support positive engagement and interaction!
* Willingness to complete training in Positive Behaviour Support, safeguarding, medication awareness and incident reporting.
* Driving licence and access to a car is helpful but not essential.
