Description

At System C, we build technology used across the NHS and social care to improve outcomes for millions. Join us as a Project Support Apprentice, known internally as Associate Project Support Officer (PSO), and start your career in project support while earning a nationally recognised Level 4 apprenticeship. You'll learn from experienced PMO and project professionals and play a real part in delivering change.

What you'll do:

  • Support planning and governance activities across our delivery portfolio
  • Help maintain project documentation, schedules, risks and actions
  • Prepare status reports and dashboards using standard templates
  • Learn internal systems (timesheets, resourcing, financial tracking)
  • Coordinate meetings, take minutes and chase actions
  • Promote best-practice governance in a fast-moving environment
  • Assist with managing the PMO mailbox, logging and prioritising requests
  • Help coordinate responses to requests for information from sales or internal stakeholders

What you'll bring

  • Curiosity, organisation and great communication
  • Comfort working with data and MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • A collaborative approach and integrity - you "own it", ask for help early and support the team
  • Willingness to learn and adapt when things change quickly
  • Any experience from study, volunteering or part-time work that shows teamwork and attention to detail is a plus

Why System C?

  • Be part of one team delivering technology that matters
  • A friendly, supportive culture with mentoring, regular reviews and clear development pathways
  • Flexible benefits: pension, private healthcare, life assurance, discounts, cycle to work, EAP and more
  • Recognition through our quarterly Values Awards
  • Access to learning and development to help you grow your career
