The Role
We are seeking a Headteacher who will:

• Build strong, trusting partnerships with families, parish churches, and the Trust.
• Continue to strengthen our safe, nurturing, inclusive and ambitious culture
• Empower staff through support, challenge, and professional growth to drive continuous improvement
The Person
We are looking for someone who:
• Is committed to the Christian mission of a joint Catholic and Church of England school.
• Can build on our strong foundations and lead with love, faith, and purpose.
• Brings energy, vision, resilience, and a deep belief in every child’s potential.
• Has a proven leadership experience, with a track record of raising standards and building strong teams.
• Communicates with clarity, kindness, and integrity.
• Demonstrates an inspirational passion for teaching
• Brings creativity, imagination, and a clear vision for the future
