Location: Euxton, Chorley
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am - 4:30pm
Pay: £12.21 per hour (increasing to £12.50 after 12 weeks)
Contract: Ongoing Role Temp to Perm
About the Role
We are recruiting for Manufacturing Operatives to join a busy and expanding cladding manufacturer in the Chorley area. This is an excellent long‑term opportunity with full training provided and genuine prospects for a permanent role.
As part of the production team, you will be responsible for supporting the manufacturing process by using a variety of hand and power tools, working to specifications, and ensuring products are cut, built, and prepared correctly.
Key Responsibilities
- Using hand and power tools including industrial saws and drills
- Cutting materials to specific measurements
- Framing, stacking and general assembly tasks
- Reading and understanding production paperwork
- Maintaining a clean and safe work area
- Working as part of a team to meet production targets
Working Environment
This is a physically demanding position within a dusty, wet and cold manufacturing environment. It would suit someone who is looking to develop their hands‑on manufacturing skills and enjoys practical, active work.

- Confidence using hand and power tools
