The Best Connection Tamworth are recruiting experienced HLOP drivers for an immediate start. £13.44 per hour, Monday to Friday, 08:00-16:30, with weekly pay and ongoing assignments. Full training and potential permanent positions available after a successful trial.

Pay & Working Hours:

  • Monday - Friday: 08:00 - 16:30

  • £13.44 per hour (PAYE, not age dependent)

  • Onsite car park provided

Job Overview:
Our client is seeking experienced HLOP (High Level Order Picker) drivers to join their busy warehouse team. Duties include operating MHE, loading and unloading containers, shrink wrapping pallets, replenishing stock, and stacking away goods. This role offers a supportive environment with full training and the potential for permanent positions following a successful trial period.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Previous experience as HLOP driver required

  • Competent in operating MHE safely

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment

  • Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions
