We are seeking an experienced IT technical practitioner with a proven track record of delivering high-quality 1st, 2nd, and 3rd line IT support across all systems and applications provided by the college.
In addition to providing comprehensive technical support, you will take on a specialist lead role in cybersecurity devices, switches and firewall administration, monitoring and analyzing threats using advanced tools and alerts to proactively mitigate risks and ensure optimized connectivity and compliance with evolving security standards.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to be supportive and develop good working relationships with students, staff, and external representatives.
