Responsibilities will include: Assessing, examining, diagnosing and treating patients. Conducting telephone and face to face consultations, discussing test results and investigations. Assessing and dealing with urgent on the day appointments and routine follow-ups Undertake home visits where appropriate Provide care to patients using the clinical guidelines Support patients with preventative healthcare
