Crynodeb
To support the Health Records Supervisor in the day to day running of the Prep area To compile weekly rotas ensuring evening and weekend working is covered across all locations. To provide leadership and support to the administrative team developing team working and encouraging a collaborative approach. To ensure that there is a co-ordinated approach to reporting on key targets. To liaise with other departments to resolve booking queries where necessary. To support the Health Records Supervisor who has the responsibility for the organisation and co-ordination of cancellations and reduction and addition of clinics. To support verbal/written complaints and pass on to line manager if no resolution can be reached.
