Summary
Job Overview:
We are looking for a Facilities Assistant who is passionate and driven to support our clients day to day operations and supporting the team in completing various tasks, meeting various KPIs and SLAs.
Responsibilities:
-Carrying out general administration tasks.
-Utilising your skills on MS Outlook and MS Excel.
-Using Maximo, matrix and other software where full training will be given
-Issuing building passes
-Taking queries from site staff and following up on any issues raised.
-Raising Work orders for Mitie/ or relevant contractors + keeping staff informed of progress
-Stationery orders/ consumables.
-Being a First Aider and Fire Warden to be a go-to person for any issues or questions.
-Managing room bookings and carpark management
-Unlocking and locking building (SIA required) on an ad-hoc basis.
What we are looking for:
-Previous experience within Security, Administration or equivalent would be desirable.
-Excellent people skills with great communication.
-Strong computer proficiency with MS Office packages.
-Some knowledge of Health & Safety regulations.
-Desirable knowledge of Building Services (Hard and Soft Services).
