Job Title: Warehouse Operative
Location: Avonmouth, Bristol
Contract: 12-Week Temp to Perm
We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative based in Avonmouth for a 12-week temp-to-perm position.
Working Hours & Pay:
Monday to Friday
03:30am – 11:30am
£13.50 per hour during temp period
£27,500 per year once permanent
Role Overview:
This role is ideal for someone who is confident working independently, particularly during early morning hours. You will be responsible for managing incoming shipments, handling client invoicing, and carrying out general warehouse duties.
Key Responsibilities:
Handling incoming shipment assignments and related invoicing
Loading and unloading delivery trucks
Managing inventory and stock control
Moving pallets around the warehouse
Ensuring the warehouse is kept clean, tidy, and organised
Requirements:
Previous warehouse experience preferred
Ability to work independently
Confidence with manual handling and heavy lifting throughout the day
Good attention to detail and organisational skills
Desirable (Not Essential):
Team leader or supervisory experience
