Location: This post is based at Link’s Falkirk office. However, hybrid working is available with this role. Alternative working patterns and/or working arrangements will be considered.
Hours of work: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
The Role

Link is looking for a Property Management Officer to provide a professional property and estates service for C~urb Letting’s portfolio of mid-market and market rent properties. They will also support the sale of properties marketed through the New Supply Shared Equity scheme. The role includes providing a comprehensive housing management service, ensuring that the services delivered to customers are financially viable for Link, affordable for customers, legally compliant and customer focused.
The postholder will support the wider Commercial Services team as required, including Shared Ownership and Commercial Leases. The Property Management Officer will ensure that applications are assessed, properties allocated, tenant’s sign-ups and settling in visits are all conducted in accordance with Link’s policies and procedures. The successful candidate will work with colleagues to ensure that properties are advertised, voids works carried out and viewings are held to minimise void periods.
About You
As Property Management Officer, you will have experience of property management and lettings and knowledge of, and commitment to customer care, tenant participation and equal opportunities. You will have experience of managing arrears processes and experience of developing and implementing policies and procedures.
An understanding of housing repairs and maintenance and the Repairing Standard is essential for this role and the postholder will have a working knowledge and awareness of housing and letting agency legislation. You will have experience of handling complaints and experience of using MS Office including Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint. This role also requires experience of using a housing management system and an excellent standard of education.
A Full UK driving licence and access to a car for work is required for this role.
