Your new role
As a Corporate Tax Associate or Senior Associate, you will work within a market‑leading team advising major corporates, financial institutions, real estate developers, fund investors and government bodies on complex, high‑value matters.Your work will span a broad range of tax advisory and transactional projects, including:
- Corporate M&A and private equity transactions
- Real estate tax matters
- Funds taxation
- Cross‑border structuring
- Financing arrangements
- Corporate reorganisations and restructurings
You'll collaborate with specialists across multiple practice areas, gaining exposure to sophisticated, technically challenging work that will accelerate your development.
What you'll need to succeedYou will bring:
- Strong experience advising on corporate tax matters within a reputable law firm
- Interest or experience in one or more of: real estate tax, corporate M&A tax, funds taxation or cross‑border structuring (desirable but not essential)
- Qualification as a solicitor in England & Wales or Scotland
- A proactive, analytical mindset and the ability to work effectively within a high‑performing team
