Your new role
- Identify and cultivate business opportunities, working collaboratively across internal departments to support the achievement of sales and service growth objectives.
- Coordinate with the central office in Germany to ensure strategic alignment and effective execution of joint initiatives and contractual obligations.
- Build and maintain a forward-looking project pipeline, respond to sales enquiries, and prepare formal quotations in accordance with established pricing frameworks. Manage follow-ups and customer interactions through to successful order confirmation.
- Effectively communicate client requirements to relevant internal and external stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment.
- Maintain consistent and proactive communication with clients, providing regular updates on the status of product and service delivery.
- Monitor and report on key account performance, delivering accurate and timely insights to support management decision-making.
- Gather customer feedback and market intelligence, including competitor analysis, to inform strategic decisions and maintain a competitive edge in offerings.
- Identify and pursue suitable marketing initiatives to promote products and services effectively.
