The Package
Starting Salary: £25,000 basic.
The Upside: £50,000 – £60,000 OTE (Uncapped—if you do the work, you get the reward).
The Training: Full support to become a fully regulated Financial Advisor.

We believe in working hard so you can play harder. That’s why your Fridays end early and your weekends are yours.
Mon–Wed: 9:30 am – 7:00 pm
Thursday: 9:30 am – 6:00 pm
Friday: 9:30 am – 4:30 pm (Hello, early weekend!)
Weekends: Absolutely zero.
What You’ll Be Doing
You won’t be "cold calling" into the void. We provide 50% warm leads, meaning you’re talking to people who actually want to hear from you. Your job is to guide them, protect their families through Life Insurance, and deliver world-class service.
Is This You?
You don't need a background in finance (we’ll teach you the boring legal bits). You do need:
The Drive: You hate losing more than you love winning.
The Voice: You’re confident on the phone and can build rapport with anyone.
The Ambition: You aren’t looking for a "stop-gap"—you want a career in Financial Services.
The Basics: Sales experience is a plus, and you’ll need a clean CRB/Credit check.
