ADR Network is a trusted leader in logistics recruitment, with a reputable blue-chip client base, and we are currently looking for HGV Class 2 drivers for Royal Mail. If you are searching for ongoing HGV work in the Shrewsbury area with great rates of pay, we want to hear from you.
You'll be delivering and collecting mail and parcels from Royal Mail mail centres, operating from a well-organised depot in Shrewsbury, using clean, well-maintained vehicles. There is some interaction involved for loading and unloading.
We have immediate starts available for HGV Class 2 drivers looking to work a flexible shift pattern able to cover day and night shifts. Shifts are booked a week in advance to help you manage your work life balance. Full training/induction provided to ensure you are safe and efficient from day 1.
Pay Rates:
Monday to Saturday
- Days: £19.51 to £20.52 per hour
- Nights: £20.26 to £22.54 per hour
All rates are PAYE, and holiday pay is accrued separately
Requirements
• Valid HGV Class 2 driving licence
• Driver CPC and Tachograph Card
• Minimum 2 years of recent Class 2 driving experience required
• No more than 5 penalty points (minor offences only)
• DBS check completed as part of the registration (no cost to you)
