HRGO Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of a well-established and fast-growing foodservice business. We're looking for a motivated and commercially minded Field Business Manager to cover the Glasgow and Edinburgh regions.
Our client is a respected regional player within the foodservice sector, known for their high-quality products, tailored service, and ambitious growth plans. They work closely with chefs, hospitality venues, and food-led operators to deliver solutions that genuinely add value in kitchens and on menus.

Key Responsibilities:-
Manage and grow existing foodservice customer accounts across Glasgow and Edinburgh

Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, lead generation, and networking

Build a strong understanding of customer needs and deliver creative, effective solutions

Provide excellent service and develop long-term, trusted relationships

Work towards agreed sales and profit targets with support from the wider sales team

Travel regularly across your region (occasional overnight stays may be required)

Previous experience in field sales or account management (ideally within foodservice, FMCG, or hospitality)

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Excellent organisational skills with a customer-first mindset

Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel within the region
