Trainee Life Insurance Advisor
Location Ashton under Lyne, Manchester
We are offering an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long term career in financial services. This is a trainee position designed for motivated individuals who want to progress into a fully qualified Life Insurance Advisor role.
You will begin your journey by working closely with our established broker partners, generating high quality life insurance leads. This initial three month period is designed to give you a strong understanding of the industry, client conversations, and how successful protection advice is delivered.
After successfully completing this period, we will fully fund your R05 Financial Protection qualification through the Chartered Insurance Institute. Once qualified, you will move into an advising role, speaking directly with clients and providing regulated advice under supervision, with clear progression opportunities beyond this stage.
This role offers a basic wage plus commission, giving you security alongside strong earning potential as you develop. You will be supported by experienced professionals and trained properly, with a clear pathway into a respected and rewarding career in financial services.
