Crynodeb
The post holder will lead the Deployment Team to ensure all services meet KPI and customer expectations while providing direction, coaching, and managing escalations . They will oversee a wide range of peoplemanagement duties including recruitment, mentoring, performance, workload, and disciplinary matterswhile contributing to team development, policy creation, and wider digital projects. The role includes coordinating incidents with thirdparty suppliers, supporting IT Operations leadership with service objectives and reporting, and ensuring compliance with NHS information governance and security standards. They will be responsible for stock management across all GHC sites, including equipment installation, quality control, ordering, audits, disposal, warranty handling, and maintaining accurate asset records. The post holder also resolves technical issues, manages accounts via Active Directory, maintains IT policies, supports the Digital Services knowledge base, and represents the department professionally.
