Crynodeb
The post holder will ensure the highest standard of care is delivered to research subjects and, where relevant their families, in partnership with all members of the multi disciplinary and research teams The post holder displays excellent communication and leadership skills, and is responsible for the day-to-day line management of their team. He / she is also responsible for standards of cleanliness in the clinical research area and for a well maintained research environment The post holder will track and manage study finances in order to ensure the effective operation and completion of the study(ies) within budget. He/she is an authorised signatory for financial and physical resources To actively participate in the development of R&D strategies, policies and plans to build capacity for research within and across the Trust, in line with Department of Health strategy.
