Crynodeb
The post holder will be specialist key member of the Primary Intermediate Mental Health Team. Effective in mental health assessment, formulating and providing intervention to people who are referred with moderate and complex mental health difficulties. Liaison with various multi agency professionals from both statutory and voluntary organisations. Sign-posting referrals as necessary to ensure that clients access the most suitable care in a timely manner. The role may work across all pathways within the Primary Intermediate Mental Health, including but not limited to locality, Early Help, psychology, psychiatry, perinatal and neurodevelopmental
