We are a specialised market research company working within the automotive industry.
One of our services is the monitoring/ rating of telephone customer service skills of tyre garages within the UK.
Mystery shopping is an evaluation process tool and the most effective way of measuring the customer's journey as seen through the eyes and ears of a customer.
This opportunity requires you to perform the role of a "mystery shopper" and complete an online form based upon the conversation/ experience you have had with the Assistant at the Garage.
Using our in-house system, you are given an allotment of calls to make/ forms to submit each day (based upon the hours you work).
Training and on-going support is provided. The job requires the use of your own pc/ laptop. Calls are made using our internet phone system.
This role is perfect for someone looking for a flexible hourly contract where you can work hours dedicated around your own circumstances.
16 hours per week, with hours that can be spread over five days or 2-4, dependent upon your own personal requirements.
Initial six month contract with the opportunity to extend to longer.
