LOCATION: Chard, Somerset
SALARY: £32,760 + overtime + benefits
HOURS: Monday to Friday 8.00 – 5.30. NO SATURDAY ROTA!
Flame Recruitment is currently looking to recruit a Service Advisor / Aftersales Advisor to join our independent but vibrant and busy workshop!
Duties for our Service Advisor / Aftersales Advisor vacancy:
• Responding to customer requests
• Booking in vehicles for service / repair
• Checking in vehicles
• Track vehicle through the workshop
• Handover the vehicle
• Achieve incremental sales
• Use technology effectively
• Manage your own performance
• Contribute to effective working
• Deal with customer complaints
• Contribute to improved service processes
YOU – the successful Service Advisor / Aftersales Advisor :
• Previous Service Advisor / Aftersales Advisor in a main dealership or independent workshop
• Excellent customer service skills
• Full UK DL
