FJA are recruiting on behalf of a major utilities contractor for an experienced Leakage Administrator to join their team in the Carmarthen area.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys a mix of office and site‑based work, thrives in a fast‑paced environment, and wants to make a real impact across the West Wales region.
What You’ll Do
Support operational and engineering teams with data, reporting and insights
Create and maintain Power BI dashboards
Analyse data to identify trends and support decision‑making
Train and mentor leakage staff to ensure best‑practice
Work across both office and site environments
Attend client meetings and produce reports
What You’ll Need
Strong Microsoft skills, plus experience with GIS and industry systems
Understanding of leakage detection, hydraulics and clean water networks
Ability to interpret network schematics
Strong communication and organisational skills
Flexibility to work outdoors, travel between sites and work occasional evenings/weekends
Willingness to complete DBS and drug/alcohol testing
