Crynodeb
Working closely with members of the multidisciplinary team to provide psychological perspective and thinking to support care planning and trauma informed care approaches. Providing supervision and reflective spaces within and across the multidisciplinary team. Contributing to and supporting training initiatives to enhance psychological and trauma-informed approaches within the team, sharing your knowledge and best practice. Providing specialist evidence based psychological assessment, formulation and psychological therapy, whilst making autonomous clinical decisions about your own professional practice. Providing clinical consultation and advice to healthcare professionals across the team where indicated. Supporting adherence to relevant NICE guidance and clinical governance arrangements. Ensuring the clinical effectiveness of your own practice and to support service functioning by contributing to relevant research and development activities relevant to the service area.
