Responsibilities
Drive the development and implementation of practice improvement strategies and initiatives.
Lead quality assurance efforts to ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
Collaborate with department heads to identify and address areas for practice development.
Facilitate training programs and workshops to enhance team capabilities and efficiency.
Monitor and evaluate practice performance through metrics and assessments.
Provide expert guidance and support in the execution of strategic projects.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.
Requirements
A bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred.
Proven experience in practice development, quality assurance, or a related role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on operational efficiency.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience managing cross-functional projects.
In-depth knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
Ability to think strategically and drive change initiatives that support organizational goals.
