We are looking for a dedicated Teaching Assistant / Behaviour Support Worker to join a fantastic SEMH provision in Wigan. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with secondary-aged students who have complex emotional and behavioural needs, many of whom are on EHCPs and may be disengaged from mainstream education.

You will work 1:1 with pupils, supporting their learning, emotional regulation, and social development in a safe and nurturing environment. The role requires patience, resilience, and the ability to stay calm when managing challenging behaviour, including both verbal and physical aggression.
