Holy Brook School is seeking an exceptional teacher to join our dedicated team, working with pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN).At HolyBrook School, we are committed to providing a nurturing, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment where every pupil is supported to reach their full potential.Our pupils present a range of complex needs, and we are looking for a teacher who can bring learning to life, build strong relationships, and make a genuine difference every day.About the role:
• Teaching and supporting pupils with a variety of SEN, including communication, social, emotional, and learning needs
• Planning and delivering engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to individual needs
• Working closely with a multidisciplinary team, families, and external professionals
• Creating a safe, positive, and structured learning environment that promotes independence and confidence
We are looking for someone who:
• Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Has experience of, or a strong interest in, working with Primary SEN pupils
• Is patient, resilient, and adaptable, with a calm and nurturing approach
• Is reflective, enthusiastic, and committed to ongoing professional development
• Believes in inclusive education and has high aspirations for all learners
