What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking for someone who:
• Will drive forward teaching and learning so all our children reach their full potential.
• Has a clear commitment to the development of the whole child, working to raise aspirations and facilitate social mobility.
• Is committed to the safeguarding and well-being of all children, staff and volunteers, with secure knowledge and understanding of safeguarding systems and processes.
• Is a strategic, creative thinker with outstanding leadership and management skills, incorporating excellent, innovative communication skills at all levels.
• Is a team player who acts to enthuse and involve the people around them, allowing them to reach their full potential.
• Demonstrates resilience when adapting to an ever-changing educational landscape.
• Is able to work collaboratively with all stakeholders, raising the promotion of the school within the local and wider community.
• Is able to drive forward school improvement in collaboration with all school leaders.
