What We’re Looking For
• An excellent classroom practitioner with a proven track record of improving outcomes, especially for vulnerable pupils.
• Minimum three years’ teaching experience in EYFS.
• Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum and pedagogy.
• Evidence of using assessment and analysis effectively to raise standards.
• A collaborative leader who will:
• Support the Principal and SLT in establishing EYFS as a high-achieving phase.
• Deliver Trust priorities as outlined in the Strategic Plan.
