Sales Account Manager / Sales Executive
Location: Toddington, Gloucestershire
Hours: 40 hours per week
We're looking for an experienced Sales Account Manager to join a well-established, close-knit organisation in Toddington, Gloucestershire. This is a people-focused business with a supportive culture, offering an alternative to a traditional corporate environment. The business specialises in the sale of food packaging solutions, supplying customers across a B2B environment. Experience within the packaging industry, or a similar sales-led B2B sector, would be highly advantageous. In this sales-focused role, you will manage and grow existing customer accounts while identifying new sales opportunities to support continued commercial growth.
The Sales Role-
Manage, develop, and grow existing sales accounts to maximise revenue and customer retention

Build strong, long-term relationships with key clients through consultative sales and account management

Identify and convert opportunities to upsell or cross-sell food packaging solutions within existing accounts

Coordinate sales orders and ensure customer requirements are delivered on time and to a high standard

Handle customer queries and resolve issues with a proactive, solutions-driven sales approach

Work closely with colleagues and management to achieve shared sales targets and business objectives

Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development within a B2B environment

Background in packaging sales, food packaging, or a related sector is highly desirable

Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills

Self-motivated, proactive, and confident managing sales accounts independently

Flexible approach, comfortable balancing office-based sales activity with client visits
