We are looking for an International Recruitment Administrator to play a key role in supporting international student recruitment across Leeds Conservatoire and University Centre Leeds.
This role is central to the smooth running of our international recruitment activity, acting as a high-quality first point of contact for prospective international students, agents, and internal colleagues. You will support agent management, maintain accurate records and systems, and contribute to marketing, recruitment, and conversion activity in a busy, international-facing environment.
You’ll work closely with the International Recruitment Team and a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, helping to ensure a positive, professional experience for everyone engaging with us.
What You Will Do
Act as the first point of contact for international recruitment enquiries via email, CRM and other channels.
Manage administrative processes and record keeping for contracted agents, including oversight of the agent application portal, ensuring compliance with data protection and UKVI requirements.
Maintain accurate databases of agents, schools and prospective students, using CRM systems and other tools.
Support the delivery of training and engagement activity for agents and external partners.
Regularly review and update international recruitment webpages, listings and online content to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Support international recruitment events and activities, including recruitment fairs, Open Days and visits to campus.
Coordinate visits for prospective students, parents, agents and schools, working with Student Ambassadors and internal teams.
Assist with overseas recruitment trips, including event bookings, communications and logistics.
Support conversion activity by contributing to targeted follow-up and engagement.
Liaise with external marketing partners to ensure consistent branding and messaging.
Provide administrative support for finance processes and data reporting.
Work flexibly at times, including occasional evening or weekend activity.
About You
You will be an organised and proactive administrator who enjoys working in a fast-paced, international environment and delivering excellent customer service.
You will have:
Experience working in a customer-facing or service environment.
Strong administrative experience, with the ability to manage data accurately and confidentially.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a high level of attention to detail.
Confidence using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams).
The ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively and meet deadlines.
Cultural awareness and sensitivity when working with international students, agents and visitors.
A collaborative approach and the ability to build positive working relationships.
It would be an advantage if you have experience within international recruitment, admissions, marketing or the higher education sector, or experience of living or working overseas or using another language.
Most importantly, you will share our values and demonstrate a commitment to equality, diversity and inclusion, safeguarding, professional standards and restorative practice.
