Extend Learning Academies Network (ELAN) is seeking a reliable and motivated site maintenance operative (school caretaker) to join our central estates team, supporting multiple school sites across Weston‑super‑Mare and surrounding areas.This is a hands‑on facilities and maintenance role where you will help ensure our school environments are safe, secure, clean and fully compliant for pupils, staff and visitors. You will carry out general building maintenance, compliance checks, security duties and grounds maintenance across ELAN schools, all located within a few miles of each other.Access to your own transport is essential (business mileage is claimable).Location: Weston‑super‑Mare (multi‑site, local travel required)
