Summary
Temporary School Cleaner
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 3pm - 5:30pm (Paid 4 hours)
• Contract Type: Temporary ongoing
• Start Date: Immediate
• Pay: 4 hours per day (paid), despite 2 hours 30 minutes worked.
• £13 per hour.
You MUST have an in-date DBS on the child's barred list.
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented School Cleaner to support our cleaning team for an ongoing basis. This role is critical in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our pupils, staff, and visitors.
• Toilets, kitchen, canteen, and office areas.
Key Responsibilities:
• Emptying bins, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and sanitising surfaces
• Following health and safety guidelines and school procedures
• Reporting any issues or required maintenance
Candidate Requirements:
• Previous professional cleaning experience is desirable.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.
