Crynodeb
Development of systems and processes to ensure all staff have access to e-learning systems. Configure on-line element of Trust Induction Programme, providing support and guidance to inductees and other facilitators. Development and maintenance of online learning environments, utilising graphic/instructional design and skills. Implementation of e-learning programmes on ESR. Participate in and contribute to multiple departmental projects simultaneously and manage complex developments prioritising deadlines appropriately Manage the development of multimedia (video, photographs, animation etc.), working with Subject Matter Experts in the delivery of training for the Trust, including Statutory and Mandatory Training, Clinical Skills and generic topics. Developing effective competency assessment tools within programmes to enable demonstration of comprehension by learners. Testing programmes to ensure full functionality and learner accessibility within Learning Management Systems.
