Crynodeb
The Role: You will work autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team to: Provide on-the-day clinical assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for acute presentations Support patients with minor illness, urgent needs, and exacerbations of long-term conditions Play a key role in maintaining high standards of care and patient satisfaction This role is offered on a full-time basis, working 37.5 hours per week. Applications for a job share arrangement will also be considered. The salary for this role is between £45k - £60k pro rata depending on experience. Were Looking For: A qualified and registered Nurse Practitioner/Advanced Nurse Practitioner Experience in primary care or urgent care settings (essential) Confidence in independent prescribing and decision-making A compassionate, flexible, and team-oriented approach
